The place is so called in accordance with its location on the hill 2.10 meters above the ground level. There is no certain historical evidence. However, it is believed that the architecture and the wall murals were created in the early Rattanakosin period. Inside the building, the Buddha image with the clay core. is enshrined. The image is assumed to be built either during the 23rd-24th Buddhist century or the late Ayutthaya period.
